I first stepped foot in the gym 6 years ago, and since that day it’s been my biggest passion in life! At that time when I began my fitness journey, I was very insecure, underweight and had very minimal muscle or strength. I had no appetite and no idea how to fuel my body with food correctly.
Over the years, I learned how to build muscle and shape my body the way that I want to through training and nutrition. Training didn’t only give me an external transformation, but also an internal one. It helped me build so much more confidence in myself and become more disciplined in all aspects of my life.
